Description: Have you ever wanted to learn how to unicycle or stilt walk? This fun, challenging instructed lab gives you the opportunity to work on your balance with the main focus on the unicycle or stilts. Lab time consists of balance practice with open time to warm up, stretch and condition. Come learn the basics and then practice, practice, practice in an interactive, supportive environment! This is a guided lab and instructor will not be teaching a formally structured class. The instructor will be there to give new tips, teach technique and allow students lots of time to practice on their own. Students who learn how to unicycle or stilt will also have the option of joining SHOW at community performances and future parades.

Students are welcome to bring their own unicycle or stilts. All students should wear sneakers and long pants for this lab. All stilt walkers must wear protective pads. The studio can provide stilts, unicycles, and pads as required. Stilt walking is limited to ages 12+ due to the 5' 3" height restrictions on our stilts and for safety. This event is all ages so teens and adults are encouraged to participate! This lab may also be used as a makeup (up to two per session) for any missed youth or adult class if the student is 7 years old or older. There are no class makeups for ages 6 and younger.

All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
