Description:
Mobility & Movement Flow is an all-levels class best described as "the expression and mobility of dance" meets "the strength and alignment of yoga." It is a great combination of functional movement and beginning dance technique that is used to specifically target full body flexibility. Each class will offer follow-along sequences that focus on the mind-body connection required for graceful movement flow. It is a great option for anyone wanting to increase body awareness, flexibility, and strength for better fluidity in the air or on the ground. Classes will leave students feeling refreshed and limber through their whole body. The series is intended to improve joint mobility, movement flow, and body control. This is achieved through practicing joint isolation, shape proprioception, and continuous movement patterns in full ranges of motion.

All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
