ONLINE: Injury Prevention

Teen/Adult Class: Ages 16+
: All Level (New and Continuing Students Welcome!)
Online: 60 minute video class (purchase includes link to Class video, available for 24 hours after class period)
Cost: $10
Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm
Suggested equipment: lacrosse or softball, theraband, a strap, foam roller or a couple of rolled up towels light hand weights (1-5lbs) are helpful but not required

This class focuses on targeting major muscle groups that are susceptible to injury and weakness in circus practice. We will be talking anatomy and focusing on glutes and lower extremity stretching, targeting shoulder muscles, and finish with some balance challenges.

We will be focusing on floor exercises, with some standing and wall work involved so clear yourself a space and join us!

at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment. Circus is a great way to increase self-esteem, have fun, get in shape, improve focus and learn skills that will translate to every aspect of your life.
