[ONLINE] Circus Wake-Up

Teen/Adult Class: Ages 16+
: All Level (New and Continuing Students Welcome!)
Online: 30 minute video class

Times: Thursday 9am

This 1/2 hour class is designed to help you get your body moving and ready for whatever comes next. We will focus on full-body mobility and foundational muscle priming, along with some gentle cardio and strength work. This all-levels class is not designed as an extremely intense workout, but rather as an opportunity for you to move your joints, wake up your nervous system, and activate your muscles. We may occasionally use simple tools such as resistance bands and yoga blocks, but these aren't necessary for full participation. All you need is yourself, a yoga mat or some soft floor surface, and enough space to lie down. Take some time to inhabit and appreciate your body!

All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment. Circus is a great way to increase self-esteem, have fun, get in shape, improve focus and learn skills that will translate to every aspect of your life. Circus for Fun, Circus for Life.
