Description:

This class is for trapeze and lyra students who like to swing, flip, and drop! We’ll work on developing dynamic skills that translate across bar apparatuses, such as different types of beats, circles, and foundational release moves. You may train on your apparatus of choice (lyra, static trapeze, or dance trapeze), and maybe get a little adventurous by trying some skills on a different bar apparatus! This class will consist of a guided warm-up, followed by skill training and acquisition on the apparatuses, and opportunities to explore creative applications before finishing with conditioning and/or cool-down.

For people looking to learn something new and exciting, circus is a non-competitive, artistic, fun and safe discipline. All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
