D. Lightman

D's (they/them) circus journey started right here at SHOW! They particularly love to learn duo trapeze and partner acrobatics, but can also be found climbing on the ground cube or tumbling.
D developed a love for creative and playful movement growing up as a competitive dancer and wannabe gymnast. As an adult, they enjoy playing and coaching roller derby. They are proud to be the first genderqueer captain of the first all-gender/no-gender roller derby team (that they are aware of).
D is a communications professional with expertise in violence prevention, technical support, and program coordination. They value community and enjoy being part of a team.They are also training to become a SHOW instructor. D is excited to be providing administrative support at SHOW!
